Research Interest
I am a PhD student at the Chair of Biogeography at the University of Bayreuth. My main research interests include:
- Relationship between isolation and speciation (at local, regional and global scales)
- Ecological and geographic drivers of treelines
- Ecosystems & flora of the Canary Islands
- Island biogeography (oceanic islands, sky islands)
- Species diversity and endemism in the context of global change
